What a whirlwind!

Tuesday I was in the middle of writing a blog post about how I asked God for a match by Christmas, but He doesn’t always answer my prayers. Truly, it looked so impossible that it was going to happen. While I was writing, I got the call!

We have been matched with an adorable, sweet 7 year-old boy with Downs Syndrome. 

Yes, I know. That’s much different than we were thinking too! But it’s SO God and everything has just come together in such an amazing way. It’s a long story… one that I can’t tell here and now, follow our journey on Facebook this next week. We are leaving for Oklahoma on Sunday night. Placement will take place Tuesday morning! We are SO incredible excited and overwhelmed with gratitude. God is so incredibly amazing!
