Well, wonder of all wonders, if you can believe it I, Sarah Hanks, even I WENT TO A PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GAME TODAY. In an outdoor stadium. In 30 degree weather. We had to dust snow off our seats, and because there was snow where our feet had to rest and because my shoes are a bit old, my feet were horribly wet and frozen.

But despite this, I did cheer for the Chiefs (after asking Kevin to make sure whatever happened was good and it was okay to clap) and get into the game (well, for me).

Why did I, ultimate hater of football, do such a ridiculous thing?

Because it’s my dear hubby’s birthday tomorrow, and I got him the best birthday present ever (well, almost… if I could have just bought the tickets for a winning game!) Because I love him so awfully much.
